What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I get help designing my lead?

We are always happy to help in store or via emails / DMs.

We are able to video / picture swatches together to get a visual.

We also have sample boxes available to purchase.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the returns policy?

Custom made / Personalised AND design your own items are NON REFUNDABLE this includes any leads, collars,  clothing. All items are handmade, nothing is pre made.

We DO accept returns or exchanges due to faults or error of sizing on non custom made items. ie Harnesses, poo bags, bows.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on sale items. 

If you have any queries with your order you should:

-Contact us within 7 days of purchase

-Post item(s) back to us within 14 days

Condition of the return must be how purchased, shipping costs are the buyers responsibility, unless item is at fault.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on non handmade items. Shipping costs to return item back to us and shipping costs to have items re sent are the buyers responsibility unless item is a fault. Please check the size chart before purchasing.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is the processing time?

Handmade items: 7-10 working days to perfect.

We insure all our bespoke products are made to high standards.

Ready to go items: 1-3 working days

Clothing items can take up to 14 working days

Missing post, what to do?

You have 8 weeks from dispatch email to notify us about a missing parcel. Anything over 8 weeks will be dismissed. 

When my parcel is dispatched, how long until delivery?

UK : Royal Mail 24 tracked

Worldwide : Royal Mail OTA (1-2 weeks) 

Can i change or cancel my order?

24 hours after your order has been placed changes or cancellations are unable to be made to any customisable items as the hand making process will have already begun.

( Please be mindful when purchasing from a small business it takes time and effort making your items, last minute cancellations are not acceptable, please take your time when purchasing making sure you order all your items correctly)

Care Instructions

How do i wash my items ?

Harnesses are machine washable at a low heat.

We recommend you use a washing bag to protect your buckles.

Leads, collars all DYO items Hand wash with warm water and soft detergent, squeeze dry with a towel and leave to air dry. Insure all hardwear is dry to stop rusting.

IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY WHEN WASHING YOU ITEMS.
